What data can Healthjump extract from eClinicalWorks?

For eCW servers that are on-premise, the eCW integration supports the full Healthjump data model. This includes demographics, appointments, encounters, charges, transactions, medical history, medications, diagnoses, procedures, allergies, immunizations, labs, providers, social history and vitals. Custom workflows and additional data elements can all be supported. In addition to supporting batch data processing, the Healthjump Agent API is also available for real-time data integration.

How does the Healthjump Integration access data from eClinicalWorks?

Most eCW servers are installed on-site. Healthjump's Agent software will be installed on the practice's network in just a few minutes and is all that is required to access data stored in this application.

What if eClinicalWorks is hosting my server?

Since eCW offers to host servers for their clients in the cloud there are two ways in which we access and collect the data.

1. Healthjump's eCW Cloud Integration: You will use our eCW Cloud integration to connect to an eCW hosted server just like you would a third-party hosting service.

2. eCW PHA Output File: eCW has a Population Health Adapter (PHA) that can be purchased from eCW that provides an output file that Healthjump can accept and process.

The PHA integration supports both Healthjump's standard and clinical data models. This includes appointments, demographics, encounters, providers, attribution, payers, allergies, diagnosis, immunizations, lab orders, lab results, meds, procedures, social history, vital signs, med/surg history. Healthjump's Agent API is not available for real-time data integration when using PHA. For pricing information on the Population Health Adapter, please contact eCW.
